How to Fix JLab Earbuds Not Pairing Together?

I have done a lot of research and I’m going to provide you with only those solutions that are most likely to fix your problem instead of a general guide that usually proves useless.

But before you dive into the solutions provided below, make sure that both of your earbuds are in working condition though they aren’t working together. Sometimes there may be dirt or any damage to one of the earbuds or the case leading to charging issues or any other damage to that bud.

I suppose both of your buds are working great separately but they are not pairing together. If you also have any other issues, then this guide may not solve your problem.

Let’s go with 3 solutions hoping one of these will fix your JLab buds.

Solution 1: Tap Both Earbuds Together

Disconnect both earbuds from your device and then place them in the case. Make sure they are charged.

  • Take both of them out of the case
  • Tap on the JLab logo on both buds together
  • Now one bud should blink blue/white while the other should be solid white. See the pattern.

If yes, then the earbuds are ready to pair. Now pair them with your device and see if the sound plays from both buds.

Solution 2: Tap Both Buds 4 Times

  • Forget your earbuds from the device
  • Place them inside the charging case
  • Quickly tap 4 times on the logo of JLab on the first earbud. It will flash blue 3 times indicating you have done it right
  • Repeat the above step on the second bud.
  • Now see if one blinks blue and white while the other remains solid white. If yes, then it’s fixed.

If it does not blink blue/white on one earbud and solid white on the other, repeat the above steps up to 5 times. If it still doesn’t work, try the third solution.

Solution 3: Tap Buds 7 Times one by one

This is actually resetting your buds but you need to do every step right.

  • Forget both earbuds from the device and make sure they are charged
  • Keep them in the charging case. It will not work if outside the case
  • While buds are in the case, tap on the JLab logo of one earbud 7 times until blue light blinks four times
  • Repeat the above step on the second earbud
  • Remove both earbuds out of the charging case one by one

After this see if one bud is flashing blue and white while the other one is solid white. If you see this pattern then your earbuds are fixed and you can pair them to your device as a single unit.

What if None of The Solutions Work?

For the mentioned problem “JLab Earbuds Not Pairing Together” the possible solutions are provided below and these solutions already have solved the issue of many users. However, there is no guarantee that they are gonna work for you.

Additionally, you can try repeating these steps because for many people these solutions didn’t work for the first time but worked on later attempts.

If none of these work, then you should check for any physical damage to your earbuds, contact JLab support, or return the buds if possible.
